Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Total number of people in reservation is the total number that may sleep overnight. Anyone extra who comes later must pay a $25 per night fee if the total is over 2 people. I pay my cleaner per person. Extra people mean extra work and laundry. Unexpected overnight guests can be paid for through arrangements with the host.
